STEP 1

It involves constructing your family tree, evaluating various scenarios with you to determine the best application route (Comune, Court, or Consulate) for your specific case, and providing a detailed list of required documents tailored to your situation to ensure a successful application. The package includes two video calls and a customized step-by-step guide containing all the necessary information for your application.

After this step, if your eligibility is confirmed, you can choose to apply independently (the step-by-step guide includes all the information needed for a self-application) or proceed with our support through Step 2.

STEP 2

APPLICATION PACK

If the Qualification Pack confirms your eligibility, we can manage your full Italian citizenship process in Step 2. We will apply on your behalf via the best route from Step 1 (Comune, Court, or Consulate) and fully manage your application, including:

  • Obtaining all Italian documents and assisting with foreign ones.
  • Providing professional translations of all records, as required by law·, and covering the cost of these.
  • Offering tailored guidance on procedures and timelines.
  • Preparing all necessary forms for the application and cover application fees.
  • Handling your court case or booking and preparing you for your application appointment, depending on your situation.

STEP 3

REGISTRATION PACK

Once your Italian citizenship application is fully approved, you can proceed with obtaining your Italian passport. Depending on where you reside, you can register either with AIRE (if you live abroad) or with your local civil registry (if you plan to live in Italy). If you decide to reside in Italy, you will also need to request your Italian ID card and a fiscal code. You can choose to handle this independently or receive our full support. With Step 3, all you need to do is authorize us to act on your behalf, we will take care of the AIRE/civil registration, your Italian passport, ID card and fiscal code will then be delivered directly to your home.
